Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Outpost Sports Cards UK.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, please review our returns policy below for guidance on how to proceed.


Returns Eligibility

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened trading card boxes, packs, or sealed products

  • Single cards or collectibles that have been removed from packaging

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)


How to Return an Item

To start a return, please contact us at support@outpostsportscards.co.uk with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, as this may delay processing.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or in error.
We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns, as Outpost Sports Cards UK cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

If your return is due to an error on our part or a defective item, we will cover the cost of return postage.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for the same product in better condition or a replacement of equal value), please contact us via support@outpostsportscards.co.uk before returning your order so we can arrange this promptly.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos of the packaging and items to help us file a claim with the courier and resolve the issue quickly.
