Processing & Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed before 12:00 PM (UK time) on the same business day.
During busy periods, dispatch may take 1–2 working days.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or UK Bank Holidays. Any orders placed during these times will be sent on the next working day.

If we experience an unusually high volume of orders, there may be a short delay in processing. Should this occur, we’ll notify you by email or telephone.


Shipping Costs

  • Free UK Delivery on orders over £75

  • Standard Delivery (Tracked): £5.99 for orders under £75

We ship all orders via trusted delivery partners such as Royal Mail or DPD, depending on your location and the size of your order.


Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery times for UK orders are 2–3 business days after dispatch.
International delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.

While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays can occasionally occur due to courier or customs processing times.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number (if tracked shipping was selected).
Tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international shipments, please note that customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply.
Outpost Sports Cards UK is not responsible for these additional charges.
Any costs incurred during or after shipping (including customs clearance) are the responsibility of the buyer.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

We take great care when packing and dispatching your items. However, Outpost Sports Cards UK cannot be held responsible for parcels damaged or lost in transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items until your claim has been fully resolved.
